Winter Camp 2026 at Stryx Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy

Winter Camp 2026 at Stryx Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy

This December, Stryx Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy invites gymnasts to join our Winter Camp, a focused training programme designed to help athletes make real progress during the school break. The camp runs in two sessions, from 14 to 18 December and from 21 to 25 December, so families can choose the week that suits them best or sign up for both.

The winter break is a valuable time for young athletes. With school out, gymnasts can dedicate their full attention to training and work on the skills that are hard to develop during a busy term. Our Winter Camp is built to make the most of that time, combining structured training with an environment where gymnasts stay motivated and enjoy the sport.

Each day of the camp is led by our experienced coaching team and covers the key elements of rhythmic gymnastics. Gymnasts will work on flexibility, strength and conditioning, body technique, and apparatus skills, alongside choreography and artistry. Training is adapted to each gymnast’s level, so beginners build strong foundations while more advanced athletes refine their technique and prepare for the competitions ahead.

Beyond the technical work, the camp gives gymnasts the chance to train alongside teammates and new friends, building confidence and team spirit. Many athletes find that a concentrated week of training brings noticeable improvement and a fresh sense of motivation as they head into the new year.

Winter Camp at Stryx Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy takes place from 14 to 18 December and from 21 to 25 December 2026. Places are limited, so families who would like their gymnast to take part are encouraged to contact their coach or the Stryx Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy team as soon as possible to reserve a spot.

We look forward to welcoming gymnasts to the academy this December for a productive and inspiring end to the year.
