One of the most foundational components to being a successful player on the court is balance; both physically and mentally. Here at the NBA School in Dubai, we have integrated a workout program for our older athletes to follow that helps them get stronger on a daily basis, through weekly plans. This program was put together for us by the strength and conditioning coach of the Golden State Warriors, Mark Grabow. He is considered to be one of the premier strength and conditioning specialists in the game today. We are excited to watch our players grow and get stronger everyday in the following of this program!
