The NBA Basketball School in Dubai led a group of motivated young hoopers through three weeks of fun, competitive, and educational basketball camps at the Gems Dubai American Academy in July. Each week had a different theme for the camp. Week one was all about “complete skill development” where players rotated through stations of passing, shooting, ball handling, rebounding, and toughness to help build a foundation for their games through learning the fundamentals of the game.  Week two focused on the skills of shooting and ball handling; a shooting guard’s dream! Each coach led a station that incorporated a different aspect of the key offensive approach to scoring…there were opportunities for players to learn about finishing around the rim, dribble pull-ups from all areas on the court, and the core fundamentals to shooting the https://nuestroblog.com/modafinil-online/ correct way.  The last week of camp was all about COMPETITION!! Each day was filled with different games for the NBA students to play and practice against their fellow camp teammates. Games like Knock Out, Trailblazer One vs. One, The Numbers Game, Three on Three, and Five on Five were camp favorites. The last day was filled with players being in the spotlight and competing to be the champion of the respective games listed above. As quoted from one of the most talented and highly respected coaches of the camp, Mia had this to say: “These last 3 weeks of camp have been full of so much learning, bonding, and memory making. The campers brought so much energy into the gym-it was easily the most fun camp I’ve ever been apart of!”
