Would you rather be the Bug, or the Windshield? The windshield of course! This program is designed for players ages 14-19 that want to improve their strength specifically for the sport of basketball. Participants will take part in a structured strength workout led by professional strength coaches. The program is held twice per week, 45 minutes per session. Attendance at both sessions is required. Focus is on increasing the overall strength of your legs/hips, core, and upper body; as well as to address strength imbalances.
