Don’t miss this opportunity to train on the beach with the NBA. This program is available for Starter, All-Star, and MVP Level Players. Training barefoot in the sand is an excellent way to strengthen your feet and improve the mobility in your ankles! Sand running is also an effective training tool for improving strength, speed, agility and balance. The unstable surface adds resistance between your feet and the ground, requiring greater proprioception and stabilization with every step.
Players should wear workout attire designed to fit a beach environment, as well as a pair of socks, water and a towel.
