All applications must be accompanied by the relevant fee. Payment in full MUST be received prior to the attendance of any course.
Payment can be done by CASH or by CHEQUE paid to STRYXGULF FZ LLC or by credit card at our offices.
The full membership payment can be done on a maximum of 3 post dated cheques, a finance charge of 500 AED will be added on any cheque other than the 1st cheque.
Applications by phone or by E-mail are not confirmed until receiving the payment.
The annual admission fees paid at the beginning of the season are not refundable, in case of any cancellation the membership fees and not the annual admission fee can be transferred to another person for the same season. Pro-rate refunds can only be done in case of injuries and a medical report is provided.
In case the participant could not attend the training for any personal reason, the missing sessions won’t be compensated or added to the expiry of his membership.
In case a participant gets injured during the season and is unable to attend the remaining sessions; he/she will have to notify FCBEscola Dubai prior to missing the sessions; and the remaining period balance will be credited towards the next program. No cash refunds will be made.
All cancellations will be calculated pro-rata, the balance remaining will be refunded to members.
